Alongwith those workouts, yoga and rebounding on the mini-trampoline, I'mvery happy with the great results I'm getting. I'm backwith Bullworker, where I started all those years ago! And it's good tobe back! With my X5, Steel Bow and Fitness Bar, I feel like I'mstarting a whole new adventure in working out and keeping fit. I don't ever see myself outgrowing it.So now I feel like the circle is complete, so to speak. I'm probably starting to sound like a broken record, but I wasalso VERY impressed with it! I think it's an ingenious device -bigger and "heftier" than the pics at amazon might make you think, andI had no idea I'd be able to do so many different exercises with it.I've been gettingĮxcellent workouts with it, using just the lightest(red) resistance band. That's what I did, and when the little Bowgot here, I was very impressed! Impressed with its quality, itshandsome carrying case, and especially with the workout it gives! Iwas so impressed with it, that I ordered the Fitness Bow throughAmazon.
So I sent it back and got a refund. At first I thought I'd put the refund towards a Steel Bow 28, but thendecided that since I already have an X5, it would be better to get thesmaller Steel Bow, in order to have more variety in workouts with the3 springs and Iso-Motion. That it had a stick-on power strip, and that themountain of instructions and such was more trouble than I wanted todeal with. There'sreally nothing wrong with the Xtreme, but I didn't feel the extralength added any benefits, and didn't like the fact that mine camewithout a case, Wow! I liked it better than the Xtreme! Much better. And I saw no "new traininginformation" or anything more "up to date" than the information in myX5 book and wall chart, either.Just for comparison, I got out my old Bullworker X5 and did a workoutwith it.

Too much to wade through, and too much having to go back and forth between the paper wall chart, the "revised" wall chart in the PDF file, other related material inemails, etc., and then trying to figure out what was what and how toput it all together for a workout. Protectivepackaging, and NO CARRYING CASE! It was just the BullyXtreme, the wallchart and the CD, dropped into the box and sent off.Long story short, I found all the instructions and "bonus" material onthe CD to be more confusing than helpful. That's why I chose it over a Steel Bow.When the Xtreme arrived, it came in a triangular mailing carton (thatlooked like it had been used a few times before) with no They made it sound like I'd begetting tons of new training information with it that would be lightyears ahead of anything from Bullworker, along with all kinds of"bonus" material. shall we say, "seduced" byall the BullyXtreme advertising. I also found sites for theSteel Bow and Steel Bow 28, but I was. Remembering how much I had enjoyedtraining with my Bullworker in the early days, I thought it would begreat to have a brand new version of it. But then, just before this last Christmas (2006), I happenedupon the site for the BullyXtreme. But eventually, with all the otherequipment and such that I was having fun with, my Bullworkers got putaway.

Systems, machines, free weights, gizmos and gadgets, including the BullworkerX5 when it first came out. I've been a fitness fanaticever since, and owe it all to that first green-handled Bullworker.Fond memories!Over the years I got into all kinds of other exercise When it arrived I started using it regularly, andwithin just a few weeks, friends were actually commenting on my "newmuscles" and telling me how impressed they were that I was developingthem so fast, using only that strange "Bullworker thing"!Well, from that time on, I was hopelessly hooked on exercise! I mean, when you see your body changing like that right before your eyes, itmakes quite an impression on your psyche.
But in1972 I started seeing ads for the Bullworker, and it sounded great, soI ordered one. I'd jog occasionally, and do a few sit ups now and then, butreally didn't enjoy exercise or even know that much about it. Really enjoy reading all your posts! When I was a teenager, Iįelt for some strange reason that exercisewas something "other people" did, but not something I could ever getinto. I joinedseveral weeks ago, and have really been enjoying all the interestingand helpful information found here.
